Weddings

Celebrate your special day on an historic Flint Hills ranch homestead. Your guests will enjoy dancing in the restored 1915 barn with its loft and cathedral ceilings. Take in the sunset over the stately Bluffs that give this site its name and marvel at the clarity of the stars in this country setting. Experience the magic of this special place in the Flint Hills.

What we offer:

Our newly restored 1915 barn with 2,800 square feet on each level. The first level has a bar/serving area, sink, refrigerator, and freezer. The spacious loft has a cathedral-like ceiling, new hardwood floor, and small stage.
New tables and chairs to seat 200, plenty of additional seating for the loft and outdoors.
Full use of the 12-acre grounds, including a meadow for parking and creek with nature trail to explore.
Renovated, climate-controlled 1916 granary building with accessible restrooms, history gallery, and tables and chairs to seat 30.

Rentals

Pioneer Bluffs has the perfect mix of peaceful scenery, frontier charm, and modern conveniences that will make your event one to remember.

Community Gatherings and Professional Meetings

Pioneer Bluffs offers an ideal ranch setting to welcome your guests. Sited on 12 acres, the iconic barn features two levels for group activities and the climate-controlled granary provides accessible restrooms and small meeting area with seating for up to 30.

 

Rental fees:

Rental fees include access to the facilities for up to five days:

        • Events held in April, May, June, September, and October are $3,900
        • All other months are $2,900

A gift to our community: Pioneer Bluffs has been blessed to host many weddings since opening our barn to the community in 2015. To show our appreciation for your trust, we are offering a temporary reduced rate. All weddings booked by December 31, 2026 will have a 20% reduction in their rate to $3,120 in-season and $2,320 off-season.
