The Harshman Ranch

Clover Cliff Bison LLC is family owned and operated by the Harshman family in the beautiful Flint Hills of Kansas. Spencer and Lacey Harshman, of Elmdale, along with Warren and Susie of Cedar Point.
The Harshmans started raising bison in 2019 after nearly 30 years of being in the Cattle industry. This new journey has become a true passion after learning of all the health benefits and unique ways of raising them. They specialize in raising premium bison for meat, hides, skulls and also provide tours at one of their ranches located at the Clover Cliff Ranch Bed and Breakfast located in Elmdale, KS.
