Nothing says Summer like fruit cobbler. This easy recipe makes it even more fun.
1 Cup of flour
1/2 Cup of sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/3 cup melted butter
3/4 cup of milk or fruit juice
Mix together and pour into a buttered 9 X 9 baking dish
Add 2 generous cups of sliced fruit to the top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or when the center is done.
