Strawberry-Rhubarb Sauce

Makes 2 ½ cups

3 cups sliced rhubarb
1 cup sliced strawberries
¼ cup honey
1 tablespoon water

Place all of the ingredients in a medium size saucepan, cover and set over low to medium
heat. Bring slowly to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to lowest setting and slowly
simmer the ingredients for 30 minutes.
