Ranching Heritage at Pioneer Bluffs

We’re about to announce some news we think you’ll find important and appreciate! Pioneer Bluffs is going to be the home of Flint Hills Ranching Heritage. We think it is time someone made space to honor the legacy of the ranching families that settled the Flint Hills, and where would be a better location than the 150-year ranching legacy left by the Rogler family in the Heart of the Flint Hills!

Ranchers are not only caretakers of livestock; they are stewards of the land and the prairie ecosystem. What they do is important to everyone. Their story needs to be told.

Our mission “to preserve the ranching heritage of the Flint Hills” will be announced at our Fall Roundup on Saturday, October 6.

Join us Saturday, October 6, to see our first educational exhibits, hear stories from ranchers, and learn how we plan to share and preserve this important heritage.
