GOURMET POTATO SOUP

So easy to make.

8 CUBES CHICKEN BOUILLON
6 CUPS WATER
2 PKGS. (8 oz. size) CREAM CHEESE
1 LB. FROZEN HASH BROWNS (shredded kind are the best)
1/2 LB. HAM, chopped
1 SMALL ONION CHOPPED
1 GRATED CARROT
2 RIBS CELERY, diced
PEPPER TO TASTE

PUT ALL INGREDIENTS INTO LARGE CROCKPOT AND COOK ON LOW
ALL DAY. OR CAN COOK ON HIGH FOR AS LONG AS IT TAKES FOR THE
CREAM CHEESE TO MELT, BECAUSE BY THE TIME THE CREAM CHEESE
MELTS, THE SOUP IS READY.
