Barbeque Meatballs

Hearty dish that can be made ahead.

Meatball mixture–

1 pound lean ground beef

1 1/3 Tablespoons minced onion

1/2 cup milk

1 egg

2/3 teaspoon salt

2/3 cup quick oats

1/2 teaspoon coriander

Sauce–

1/4 cup barbeque sauce

3/4 cup catsup

1 Tablespoon Liquid Smoke

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 Tablespoon minced onion

Mix meatball mixture together. Form into 2 inch balls or desired size.

Place in casserole dish. Mix sauce together and pour over meatballs.

Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour. These freeze well.
