Amazing Chili


Comfort food for those ‘chilly’ days.

4 pounds ground chuck

1 medium onion, chopped

1 small can tomato paste

2 cans tomatoes

4 cans chili beans

1 teaspoon pepper

1 Tablespoon salt

2 teaspoons sugar

3 Tablespoons chili powder

1 garlic clove, minced

1 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon cumin

6 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce


Brown ground chuck and onion in large pan. Drain. Blend 1 can of chili

beans with the 2 cans of tomatoes (undrained) in blender. Add to

the browned ground chuck and onions, plus all other ingredients. simmer

2 to 3 hours.
