7 cups or 7 envelopes (3.2 oz. each) instant nonfat dry milk powder
1 box (1 pound) confectioners’ sugar
2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
2 cups powdered non-dairy creamer
2 cups mini marshmallows (I add more)
1 cup mini chocolate chips (I add more)
1. Stir together the dry milk powder, confectioners sugar, cocoa powder, non-dairy creamer, marshmallows, and chocolate chips in a very large bowl.
2. For each individual serving of hot chocolate: Stir together 1/3 cup of the cocoa mix and 3/4 cup of boiling water in a large cup until the drink is well blended and the chocolate chips begin to melt.
Makes about 14 cups of mix (enough for 42 servings).
